I have issues with the "food indulgent" portion. As far as I can tell that's based on three answers, I am very obviously not thin, I am very obviously overweight, and I opted for neutral on the "I need to eat less" statement. I don't need to eat less (when I was losing weight I was actually eating more) I need to eat differently, and to get off my ass and exercise. The more change in the exercise segment the less change required on the food choice segment, based on experience. Though obviously doing both would be best. :)
