Date: 2010-11-15 05:22 pm (UTC)That sounds like a cool guy! (And I've been procrastinating by knitting. Neither of my big dolls will wear a purple wool scarf. Why did I feel the need to make one?)

Date: 2010-11-15 05:56 pm (UTC)Knitting is a great way to avoid writing. I've finished one slipper and am 4/9ths of the way done with the second. I've done a bunch of rows on the shawl too, about a dozen (very long rows too), and have the first 17 rows of the red dalek done. I even did a few rounds on the neck of Namid's sweater, which I've been ignoring because 2x2 ribbing is boring. XD

Date: 2010-11-15 08:32 pm (UTC)I have just been doing simple doll scarves lately (I have several small balls of Noro Kureyon left over to use up, and some sari silk yarn). I've found that I'm doing more knitting and watching TV during NaNo than I was before, which is odd. Procrastination! I did finish the sweater I was making for Jester last month. It's cute, though by no means perfect. I'll have him wear it in the next group photo, I'll be ready to do a new group shot around Christmas after my newest (and probably last for a long time) doll arrives.

Date: 2010-11-16 12:05 am (UTC)Aww, Jester sweater. ♥ We're Jester fangirls over here so we'll be happy to see him modeling. :)
No new dollies this year, unless the man offers one. I won't ask for one for Christmas this year because he's paying the bill for my uninsured ER visit. ($1500 for about 15 minutes!!!)
