tephrahafoc has a lot of odd knowledge floating around in his head. Like the existence of belt sander drag races in the Northern Peninsula. They even have classes, stock and modified. I did a web search on that and discovered something even weirder. Apparently this pastime has gone national. There's even a New England Belt Sander Racing Association.
