(no subject)

Well I'm back from Anthrocon, a bit more broke than I was (if at all possible) but in a much better mental state.  In an attempt to preserve that mental state for as long as possible I'm staying with hafoc for a few weeks.  Maybe I'll find some scut job here (or even better, a real job) and only have to go back to my family to get my stuff.

See, I can be hopelessly optimistic sometimes.

Anyway, I left Philly around 4ish Sunday afternoon and got here around 9ish this morning.  Yes, I did drive effectively non-stop.  Yes, I did stop at a parking area along I-75 and catch a couple hours of naptime when I had trouble keeping my eyes open around 3am.

I also took a small detour to get Cat Bribes before I walked in the door.  Then I had Velcro Kitty to such a point that I still have not gotten any real sleep.

And the Jeep hit 100,000 miles exactly 40 miles south of this house.  Unfortunately no camera to document it.  *sigh*

Anyway, I'll try for a 'real' con report after I get some sleep.

And I'll add the spell checker dictionary to this LJ client then too... and cable up a network here.

But since Hafoc just walked in and can now do his own bonding with the cat I can maybe get some sleep. (-_-) zzZZZ
