I guess my PC is telling me it's time to do the maintenance I've been putting off for over a year. I can't print out my last batch of CD labels. At first I was getting out of memory errors, doing disk clean up gave me just enough to stop getting that error but it still loses communication with the printer rather than prints. It will print a teeny tiny text file though so it's probably still a disk space issue.
I've got a 10GB drive hanging around to replace the 6.4 that holds my OS and applications (my data is on my second drive), but I've just been avoiding doing the swap thing since the PC isn't in the best place for working on it. In fact, it will almost be easier to take the thing completely out and set up on the kitchen table while I'm juggling drives. I think the 'best' way to handle this will be to disconnect the zip drive, put the 6.4GB drive on that connector, install the 10GB as my new boot disk, install OS and all the drives and software again *whimper*, dump my mailbox and other saved settings/data from the 6.4GB to the 10GB, remove the 6.4GB and reconnect the zip drive.... I think I just talked myself out of doing it again.
Maybe if I move my mailbox to my second drive I can get more space....
