Shadow is one smart kitty

tephraWhile Penny and Patches flee to remote parts of the house and under beds when the Cat Eating Machine (the vacuum cleaner) comes out of its lair, Shadow has her own strategy.

hafoc started vacuuming today Shadow weaseled (traveling low to the floor) in, not really at a run but still quickly, hopped up on the bed, over the foot board, over the lion plushie (which is about her size) and into the gap behind it. The gap she keeps making by shoving the other plushies off the chest. Once there she curls up and sits still, staring out of the pile and toward the door.
She plays plushie.
