And so it begins...
Nov. 1st, 2006 01:21 amTested out the NaNoWriMo word counting widget and it matches that of EditPad so I won't be too obsessive with uploading to the widget until I get close to the goal.
Banged out 661 words in an hour.
I'm already rambling. And I really need to quit with the immediate edit urge.
Oh well. I'm going to actually get some sleep and hope some idea of where I'm going with this comes to me in my dreams. I just wanted to get something down at midnight. :)
P.S.: The current music is something I put together from samples of wind, water, and bamboo, glass, and metal chimes from The Freesound Project and a sample of an aeolian harp (west wind) from Roger Winfield's WindHarps site. It's sort of how I imagine the main setting of my story to sound, minus the animals and people. :)
