Finally. I've been completely uninspired with coloring this thing, at least after I finished the dress and head (face and hair near face). I got a bit artsy with the background, perhaps I've been looking at too much anime/manga related fanart. It's better than my standard blank white though. So many problems with this, the hands (as usual) the muzzle is too long, the color/shading on the long hair sucks, the torso is too long, but damn, check out that dress. :)

One downside of this style of background... you can see how shitty my (steel nib dip pen) inking is. :P

Finally, the first drawing of 2004 is done. This sat in my sketchbook waiting for the wings to be inked for ten months. The wings could be better, much better, but that's true of the whole image in my opinion. But it's done. Hendrix, Sabkha's twin brother and leader of the entertainment troupe that resided in the erstwhile 'Gryph Inne.
