I am really glad that the trucker that was pulled in at the end of the exit to the first service plaza in Massachusetts had his blinkers on, I would have either driven past the exit without seeing it or driven right into the back of his truck. There was a film of something, probably stone dust, on my windshield from the construction around Schenectady that the fog just turned to mud that the wipers couldn't get off. I keep Windex wipes in the car so I cleaned my windshield at that stop so I could continue on.
I'm sure that's what the government will say, even though all their papers and their agent said two to four weeks. :P A business wouldn't be able to get away with that but who watches the watchers and all that.
